Marty's involvement in the produce industry has run the gambit
from lumping watermelons when he was a boy to running the everyday
operations of Joe Granato Inc. today. The catalyst of the growth
of Joe Granato Inc. has been Marty's aggressive commitment to
quality and value. With over 30 years experience, Joe Granato
Inc. has flourished under his direction and has become a major
player in produce food service along the Wasatch front. Marty,
like his dad, is a hard worker who uses a hands on approach
to assure the companies' success |

Matt
Peck - Operations Director
It's been almost 19 years since Matt started at
Granato's and he's seen a lot of changes. From the inception
of using a computer, to the construction of our new 2 million
dollar warehouse and office, and now; online ordering. Matt
starts early each morning taking orders and entering them in
the computer and routing the drivers. Because of this, Matt
is quite familiar with what each customer uses and where drivers
are on their respective routes. |

Tracy
Shelton - Secretary and Treasurer
Trying to keep all the paper work straight is a major
concern, but Tracy is always on top of it. Whether it be payroll,
administering the insurance plan, paying the bills or any of
the other many jobs she performs, Tracy is very professional
and knowledgeable. Tracy has worked at Joe Granato Inc. for
her father since 1978, though she's been around the produce
industry her entire life. Since Tracy has interactions with
each customers account, any questions that arise can be addressed
promptly. |

Richard
McPhie - Director of Sales
Richard
has 18 years of experience selling produce and has been with
us at Joe Granato Inc. for almost 10 years. WIth this wealth
of experience, Richard is able to give each customer a special
insight in helping to meet their produce needs. Like a hungry
dog going after a bone, Richard loves to sink his teeth into
a challenge and get answers to his customers questions. |

Thad
Edginton - Quality Control
Thad
has been at Joe Granato Inc. for almost 10 years and in the
food service industry for 12 years. Every product that rolls
off the truck at Granato's is inspected by Thad for quality
and temperature, an important step in insuring only the best
product is sent to our customers. Thad's background in specialty
items also makes him valuable in an area that seems to grow
larger each year. Purchase orders and inventory tracking are
also important duties that Thad has helped to perfect. Thad is also responsible for overseeing our HAACP program.

Ben
Slok - Warehouse Manager
While
a member of the Granato team for only a year, Ben brings with
him 38 years of produce knowledge. Ben is talented at making
each individual customer feel like they are important. Coming
in early each day, Ben looks at the produce in the warehouse
and determines if any product needs special attention before
delivery. |

Francisco
Reyes & Chase Hood- Warehouse
Francisco
and Chase are in charge of keeping our new warehouse looking
sharp and ready for the next days business. From scrubbing the
floors each day to cleaning the truck bays they stay busy making
sure the cleanliness of our facility meets or exceeds industry

Mike
McCarty - Transportation
Mike McCarty
is the third generation of Granato’s to be involved in the produce
industry. He has worked for the company in different capacities
over the past several years but just recently has become a member
of the office staff. Mike’s strong background in delivery procedures
and his knowledge of computers will make him a valuable asset
as he heads up the truck maintenance and helps with collections.
